Hey, I missed weighing in yesterday. How have you been doing? I got on the ARC yesterday after work and set the program to ‘weight loss’ and that was a good work out. It changed resistance for me, I didn’t have to think about it!!
My days at work are going to be switched around a bit. Starting next week, I’ll be working M,T,Th! And, there will be another sitter on W,F so I’ll be able to go and work out!! Hubs will be off one of those days each week, and we’ll go together one day and lift weights, and the other day I’ll just go and do cardio!
OH, I’m down another 4 lbs since last weigh in! That’s 8 lbs since April 18th!!
That is awesome- the weightloss! The gym deal is good too! I bet you are excited!
I am pretty much a gainer- I am up from when we started this. At that point, I was 8 up from where I was comfortable and now I am 10 up. So that puts me at 12 lbs heavier than I was at this time last year. I was hoping to be back at 147 by the first of June this year and I am 10 up from there. I am 2 down this week though…yes, I was heavier. I have discussed it with hubs and we both have recommitted to watching what we eat. So…it will be slow going again, but hopefully on the loosing and not gaining side!
I am watching the portion sizes very closely! I have noticed that I don’t lose as quickly if/when I don’t get any exercise in! I stalled out in weight for 2 days and when I did the ARC for 20 min, I was down 1.8 the next morning!
Speaking of exercise, I should probably march my butt to the treadmill and sweat for a bit! Maybe there’s a good movie on!
