Down a pound from last week. That makes 4 pounds so far!
I haven’t walked yet today. I am going to work an hour early, so I won’t be able to walk this morning. Luckily Hubs is off today and when I do get off work, the gym will be empty, so I may stay and use the elliptical!
Congrats!! I am going to wait until the real thurs to weigh in! I totally hosed up my back somehow last week, although i did get a full week of workouts in. I am holding off this week. Today was the first day I did excercise. I jogged 2.5 miles and walked 1.5. I guess I did excercise on Sunday evening too. I walked hills for 3.3 miles! It was a workout! So…actually I have 2 days in this week. Just gotta get Thurs and Friday!
